"Waterford is an experience that all wine lovers must have. Set in a Tuscan mansion with and orchard for a parking lot, Waterford really make you feel like you are in the rolling hills that make up the Italian wine region. Will there you can have the wine tour with the master wine maker that makes one feel like a VIP. The wines themselves are smashing, plus if you have a chocolate problem like I do then you must have the chocolates that have been specifically made to match their wines. Granted the chocolate that matches the late harvest tastes of flowers but then again it's supposed to apparently. Overall a 4/5 "
