In the true spirit of our name, we take this opportunity to welcome you and hope you enjoy your experience with us. We pride ourselves in our practice of the ancient art of Cantonese cooking. Each dish is skillfully prepared in the traditional wok, which was ingeniously designed by our ancestors. With its rounded base, the food is cooked in the shortest possible time, thereby retaining its natural goodness and taste. The use of high pressure flame is also vital as it seals in the flavour of the food. In addition, our chefs prepare all our dishes with only choice authentic ingredients and age-old techniques, ensuring you experience the true taste of China in every dish. Our first outlet was situated in Durban 35 years ago, which quickly spread out to Gauteng, and then to the Western Province. Up to 15 years ago, we finally landed in the Western Cape.
