"Silvermine Nature Reserve is so stunning!On a whole, there are so many other attractions too,these include the popular and well marked mountain bike trails,bird watching and hikingTthere is a relatively short trail which leads to a viewing point, where the view encompasses a panorama stretching from False Bay, all the way around to Cape Point, the meeting place of the Indian and Atlantic oceans.It's a great place to picnic and swim!Love it!"

"Silvermine is a truly amazing place. The energy up there is raw and powerful. Its safe for people to walk with their dogs and also great for a swim up in the "rooibos tea" dam, which is approx 330m across. One of the hidden gems in Cape Town, for sure... "
